Nestled in the tranquility of a centuries-old park, this splendid 1912 villa is located in Stresa, an exclusive destination on the shores of Lake Maggiore, renowned worldwide for its breathtaking landscapes and magnificent hotels. Meticulously restored in 2012, the villa is a prestigious addition to the region’s event venue offerings.

In front of the main façade, a stunning infinity pool (5 x 12 meters, depth 1.4 meters) with RGB lighting creates a captivating atmosphere. The expansive garden, adorned with modern design elements, provides the perfect setting for outdoor activities in every season. The combination of elegant indoor spaces and picturesque exteriors offers guests a variety of layouts and unique possibilities to craft unforgettable events.

The garden also features a refined limonaia, a stylish glass conservatory that can accommodate up to 180 seated guests, making it an exceptional venue for receptions and special gatherings.

On the upper floor, a 100 sqm grand salon is complemented by 6 adjacent rooms. The villa offers five elegant suites, including two with lake views—one of which boasts an expansive bathroom with an original freestanding bathtub.

In total, the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. Air conditioning is available in the grand salon and the two lake-view suites.
